Are you currently delivering?

Yes, we are currently delivering all over Pakistan as well as overseas.

What are the delivery timelines?

Delivery times are 3 days for all major cities and up to 7 days for remote areas within Pakistan, whilst International deliveries may take up to 7 days.

Please note given the current ongoing circumstances, deliveries may face an extended lead time.

Can I Edit my order?

Yes, once you have placed your order, kindly contact us through the various channels available and we will be happy to edit your order provided it has not already been processed.

Can I cancel my order?

How do I Track my order?

You can track the order using the tracking ID provided in your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can contact us directly and provide us with your order number, and we will be glad to help track your order for you.

Can I exchange the product?

We do not issue any refunds or carry out any exchanges unless the item you have ordered is faulty.

If the item is faulty, please notify us within 2 working days of receipt. With regard to customized orders, we do not refund or exchange the order under any circumstances. 

Can I Return the product?

We do not offer returns unless the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our Team’s part. In such a situation, please contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the defective product at sunniamanahil@siardigital.com or calling us at +92 309 555 1444 within 2 days of purchase.
